Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Creative Planner.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sarah@sculleydesign.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
As these planners are produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose your planner colour carefully before placing your order.
Pre-orders
Pre-order purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before the pre-order period closes on 14 September 2026.
Once pre-orders have closed, production begins and orders can no longer be cancelled or refunded unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing or events outside our control.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help you work with the shipping provider to locate your order.
