When you purchase something from the store, as part of the buying and selling process, the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address may be collected. When you browse the store, automatically your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address is collected in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.



How do you get my consent?

When you provide your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, it will be implied that you consent to having the information collected and it being used for that specific reason only. If I ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, I will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us.



Your information may be disclosed if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.



I ensure that all subscriber lists remain private and confidential. Those who have access to this information collected will not sell, rent, loan or invite external access to a customer's contact lists. Nor will they use customer's contact lists for any purpose.



Myself and those who have access to the customer information shall not distribute, circulate or pass onto any third party any of the information that is collected through the licensing and use of the product. All information gathered will be used only for the improvement of the product or services and the betterment of the customer, and will remain private and confidential.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only valid for damaged items during transit. These may be refunded within the first 7 days after delivery.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please refer to our Satisfaction Guarantee section.

The following are not qualified for a full refund: customer change of mind, colour variances from photos online, customer damage.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase, you may return your unused item(s) at your own cost, in their original packaging, within the first 7 days of delivery for a refund minus any delivery fee.


Order Errors / Faulty Product

All products are 100% inspected and checked during the time of creation and time of dispatch. In the unlikely event, please contact us within 7 days from purchase date to report any faulty products.

The return/refund guarantee covers manufacturing defects, this does not include neglect, loss of item, general wear and tear. The refund is voided if the item has been altered and modified, damaged by accident, misuse, and discolouration from natural substances such as sunlight and lighting, and cleaning agents. Faults caused by the above reasons will not be covered under this warranty.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order up till your order has been picked and processed for delivery. After this, your order is not able to be cancelled.

All orders are processed and shipped from my studio located on the Sunshine Coast and I aim to dispatch your order within 3 business days (unless otherwise stated in customisable products description). Additional delays might happen due to increased volume of orders and holiday periods. Rest assured I am working hard to get your orders dispatched in a timely manner.



Express Post is a premium delivery service that offers guaranteed next business day (not including public holidays and weekends) delivery of your parcel within the Express Post network. Contact us to find out if this service is available.



All orders are typically processed within 3  business days (unless otherwise stated in customisable products description), but may exceed that time during the busier seasons. It should arrive between 3-7 business days depending on your location. Regional areas can take up to more than 7 business days.


For International Orders (Outside Australia)

Your orders will be shipped from Sunshine Coast, Australia. If you are outside of Australia you may be susceptible to customs fees. Custom fees are vary depending on the country and will be charged upon reaching the destination country.

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required. Please research your countries laws to determine how much you will pay.

If you refuse to pay the fees and the order is shipped back to Sculley Design, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
