Mural Painting FAQs (Virtual)

A casual FAQ session around painting murals. I believe all artists should be diversifying and expanding their offerings to include murals. Everyone should be able to paint murals. There isn't a huge amount of reputable information available. It is my mission to educate as many creatives as possible. There are enough walls for all of us, and more competition leads to better creative outcomes, more support and higher wages for all of us. 

I will start the virtual chat with a small intro to myself and my work. 

Then we will move on to some of the most common questions I am asked by creatives:

- what paint should I use for a mural?

- how do I protect the wall after finishing the mural?

- how do I transfer my design onto the wall efficiently?

- how do I quote on a mural job?

Please feel free to submit your questions and/or upcoming job photos (designs / walls) to have a chat about during the 90 minute workshop.

As it's an informal setting, I hope you will feel comfortable to ask questions during the workshop too.

Please put 'Mural FAQ workshop' in the subject line so I don't think a bunch of people are asking me mural questions and I spend hours replying to everyone individually. 

You will need:

- A device to log onto Zoom

- A notebook and pen to take notes (if you have a shocking memory like mine)

The event will be recorded and available to all participants (including people who are unable to attend the live event) via a Dropbox link by email within 24 hours of the event. 

If you have to be at your 'grown-up job' during the workshop, feel free to pop your headphones on and listen along. No participation is necessary.
